We are proud to bring a unique experience to The Kawarthas, unique gourmet dining fishing adventure in our luxury accommodations. We will be offering 6 individuals a week with their own award-winning guided fishing pro and their own award-winning private executive chef, to create a first-class paradise experience.

Your Week Offers 6 exclusive guests :

  • One week at our waterfront stunning 6 bedroom cottage.

  • Award-winning Guide, Mike Williams, of Williams Outfitters www.WilliamsOutfitters.com

  • Fishing boats (two fishermen per boat).

  • Your own Private Executive Chef Renato Zegarra www.TheWellnessChef.ca to cook all your gourmet meals for the week.

  • There are only 6 spots available for each week on a first come first serve basis.

  • Price is $4,000.00 Cdn plus tax per person (50% upon booking & 50% week before stay).

Saturday dinner

Caesar Salad, Steak Bbq, Roasted Root Vegetables, Corn on the Cob with herbed butter.

Homemade Apple Pie and Ice Cream.

 

Sunday Breakfast

Eggs any style, Breakfast Sausage & Bacon, home fries, stewed beans, toast, butter, pb, jams, coffee & tea,  juices.

Sunday Lunch

Roast beef sandwiches on Ciabatta bread, potato salad and fresh fruit salad

Sunday dinner

Chicken Cordon Bleu with three cheese Tortellini & Garlic Bread

Homemade Brownies and Ice Cream

 

Monday Breakfast

Western Omelette with toast, butter, pb, jams, coffee & tea, juices

Monday Lunch

Bacon & Cheese Quiche with Garden salad, cookies

Monday Dinner

Plank herb marinated salmon fillet with roasted potatoes and grilled vegetables, Berry Truffle.

 

Tuesday Breakfast

Eggs Benedicts, Muffins, butter, pb, jams, coffee & tea,  juices

Tuesday Lunch

Assorted Sub Sandwich with vegetables & dip and Brownies

Tuesday Dinner

Greek salad, Bbq pork skewers, herbed rice, ice cream sundaes

 

Wednesday Breakfast

Beef & Vegetables sautee, Cornbread , Toast ,butter, pb, jams, coffee & tea,  juices

Wednesday Lunch

Quinoa & Kale Oriental  salad, Chicken club sandwich and Fresh Fruit

Wednesday Dinner

Prepare dinner with the Chef.

Peruvian Ceviche , homemade pasta (Cheese stuffed ravioli) & Chicken parmeggiana and Peruvian Style Rice Pudding.

 

Thursday Breakfast

Crepe station (an assortment of ingredients to create your own crepe), Toast, Butter, pb, jams, coffee & tea,  juices

Thursday Lunch

Pasta salad, Assorted Sandwich Tray(Includes: Egg salad sandwiches , Brie&caramelized foccacia, Salmon salad on croissant)  and sweet squares

Thursday dinner

Taco dinner: Assortment of ingredients to prepare your owns tacos, Beef, Chicken and Vegetable fillings, Refried beans , fresh salsa, guacamole, sour cream, corn salsa, shredded cheese, soft and hard tortillas.

Friday Breakfast

Eggs any style, Peameal bacon, Toast, Butter, Jams, Coffee & tea,  juices

Friday Lunch

Assorted Vegetables and dip, Chicken Caesar wraps, Fresh Fruits and  Sweets

Friday Dinner

Chef salad, Buns & Butter, Prime Rib Roast with Mushroom Gravy, Double Baked Potatoes and Glazed Vegetables, Ice cream filled Crepe with Whipped Cream and Fudge sauce.
